Brewers sign Nick Additon to minor league deal

The Brewers have signed pitcher Nick Additon to a minor-league deal, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. 

The 26-year-old Additon put up a 3.86 ERA over two levels with the Orioles. He was used as both a starter and a reliever.
