Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager went 47 at-bats without recording an RBI before Wednesday's game. He made everyone forget about that drought in his team's 9-3 win over the Indians.

Seager went 2 for 4 with a grand slam and five RBI in the win. Seager hit a blast off Indians starter Trevor Bauer with the bases loaded in the third inning to get the scoring started. He doubled to left in the eighth inning and brought Robinson Cano around to score.

''With the bases loaded he has to come at you a little bit more,'' said Seager, who is batting .433 (26 for 60) in 15 career games at Progressive Field. ''You try to be aggressive. It was a pitch I could handle.''

Seager is hitting .280 with 10 home runs and 34 RBI in 218 at-bats this season.
