Brewers pitching prospect Taylor Jungmann, who is on the minor-league disabled list, is dealing with a nerve issue that is affecting the finger tips on his right (pitching) hand, assistant general manager Gord Ash told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Ash said the team is hoping rest and treatment will solve the problem before it turns into a larger issue.
Jungmann, who is considered the team's No. 2 overall prospect, according to MLB.com, was 1-4 with a 7.89 ERA in five starts with Double-A Huntsville.
