The Houston Rockets selected Swiss forward Clint Capela with the No. 25 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.
Capela is a fantastic rim protector, who could be a pick-and-stash guy for the Rockets. The Rockets are making big efforts to clear cap space and bring in a third star next to Dwight Howard and James Harden. With that thought process for Rockets' GM Daryl Morey, it's likely Capela won't be coming over right away. He'll develop in Europe while the Rockets don't have to commit his salary to their payroll right away.
He's drawn comparisons to Serge Ibaka because of his athleticism, size, ability to block shots, and rebound. He's an offensive project, but at worst he should be a good defensive presence.
Matt Moore of CBSSports.com is a fan of the pick for Houston.
Rockets: Clint Capela: B: Gives great length and helps them with defense. May take some time, but could block out the sun with Howard.

The 6-10, 211-pound, 20-year-old Capela averaged 12.9 points and 8.1 rebounds per game in the 2013 EuroBasket qualification round.
