The wait is finally over, as Game 1 of the Cavaliers and Warriors' "three-match" in the NBA Finals is under way.

Kevin Durant, of course, is the key difference between the last two meetings, and he showed his stuff early, dunking all over the place, in both the halfcourt and on the fastbreak.

This first one was certainly the strangest of the bunch. With KD standing way off in the weakside corner, Curry throws a bounce pass through the traffic that didn't really seem to be what he meant to do. No one else was expecting it either, because the ball somehow found its way to Durant in the corner. As LeBron James tried to recover, he slipped to the ground, providing a clear path for Durant.

The big man took advantage as you knew he would, driving baseline for as easy a bucket as he'll get all series.

Then KD got loose in transition, cruising straight to the rim as absolutely no one on the Cavs wanted to get in his path.

And then again KD was just left all alone to go straight to the rim for the rim-rocking jam.

Personally, I would have to say that leaving Durant unguarded is not a wise strategy for the Cavaliers.
