The Utah Jazz will take on the Atlanta Hawks at 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday at State Farm Arena. Atlanta is 6-22 overall and 3-10 at home, while Utah is 16-11 overall and 5-8 on the road. Both teams have struggled against the spread this season with the Jazz entering this matchup 11-16 against the number, while the Hawks are only slightly better at 12-16. Utah is favored by six points in the latest Hawks vs. Jazz odds, while the Over-Under is set at 224.5. Before entering any Jazz vs. Hawks picks, you'll want to see the NBA predictions from the model at SportsLine.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every NBA game 10,000 times, and last season it returned a whopping $4,280 on its top-rated NBA spread and money line picks. It's already returned almost $800 in profit on all its top-rated NBA picks during the 2019-20 season and entered Week 8 on a blistering 16-7 run on all top-rated NBA spread picks. Anybody who has followed it has seen huge returns.

Now, it has simulated Jazz vs. Hawks 10,000 times and the results are in. We can tell you that the model is leaning over, and it's also generated a point-spread pick that is hitting in almost 70 percent of simulations. You can only see the pick at SportsLine.

Atlanta enters this matchup on a five-game losing streak and is coming off perhaps the low point in a 143-120 loss to the Knicks in its last outing. That loss highlighted Atlanta's struggles on the defensive end. The Hawks are giving up 118.7 points per game and are ranked 28th in defensive rating on the season. Trae Young (28.3 ppg) is a dynamic scorer, but without John Collins (suspension), Atlanta has struggled to give him the support needed on both ends to consistently compete.

Meanwhile, Utah's 16-11 straight-up record looks much better, but the Jazz haven't been a great bet this season with their 11-16 mark against the spread. They're also 3-5 against the number in their last eight outings. Donovan Mitchell (25.2 ppg) and Bojan Bogdanovic (21.1 ppg) have been strong on the offensive end, while Rudy Gobert (13.9 rpg, 1.7 bpg) is a tremendous presence around the rim. Utah, will, however be without veteran point guard Mike Conley (13.6 ppg, 4.6 apg), who aggravated his hamstring injury on Tuesday.
