LeBron hints at 'Space Jam' sequel: We just need the 'Looney Tunes'
Lebron James is truly hoping to star in a sequel to "Space Jam."
After LeBron James formed a partnership with Warner Bros., many wondered if a possible sequel to Space Jam was in the works. James has fueled speculation about the film, and although there are legitimate reasons why he shouldn't actually make the movie, the Cleveland Cavaliers star is hoping Space Jam 2 actually gets made.
Asked by TODAY's Willie Geist about a possible Space Jam 2, James hinted that all the movie needs to get made is the Looney Tunes. "We hope so," James said. "We're definitely missing Bugs and Daffy and Tasmanian Devil and every last one of them, so hopefully we can do some great things."
This could also just be nothing more than wishful thinking by James. However, he continues to talk about Space Jam 2 and won't let the rumors die.
