The Miami Heat took to the court on Monday night in Charlotte with their warmup shirts turned inside out, an apparent show of solidarity with the Los Angeles Clippers, who continue to deal with the fallout from the Donald Sterling scandal.

The Heat players all gathered at the center of the floor and removed their "White Hot" logo shirts to reveal their inside out warmups. An equipment manager, not realizing the symbolism, quickly picked up all the shirts before LeBron James asked him to put them back at center court.

The Clippers, protesting the deplorable remarks allegedly made by owner Donald Sterling, flipped their warmups inside-out on Sunday ahead of their game against Golden State.  

Since Sterling's alleged remarks became public, the Clippers have seen essentially unanimous support from everyone around the NBA. 

James rarely takes a public stance on issues concerning the NBA, but he did offer his opinion in this instance.

"Basketball is huge, obviously the playoffs have been unbelievable and the game of basketball continues to grow, but there is no room for Donald Sterling in our league. There is no room for him," James said.
