Pistons' SVG: Cartier Martin medically cleared for couple of weeks

Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy told reporters that forward Cartier Martin (foot) "has been medically cleared for a couple of weeks," according to MLive.com. Martin has yet to play this season due to platar fasciitis in his right foot. Van Gundy indicated that Martin won't play until he can handle the pain.
