The Raptors announced guard Landry Fields will not play in Tuesday’s game at Portland.
It will be the fifth straight game Fields has missed while dealing with a concussion. His next opportunity to play will be Friday at Golden State. Guard James Johnson is expected to replace Fields in the lineup.
The Raptors are 3 1/2-point underdogs.
