Golden State Warriors guard Leandro Barbosa was prophetic on March 21 during a television interview following a win over the Utah Jazz. Speaking with CSN Bay Area's Rosalyn Gold-Onwude, he declared, "We gonna be championship."
The quote was apparently as popular with the Warriors' players as it was with their fans. After they did indeed win the championship with a 105-97 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday, the line came back:
