Sgt. Stephen Walsh of the Massachusetts State Police testified Wednesday that the shell casing found in Aaron Hernandez's rental car came from the same gun used to murder Odin Lloyd, according to the Associated Press.

A shell casing was found in the Nissan Altima Hernandez rented and returned the day of the murder, matched the five shell casings police found at the murder scene, Sgt. Walsh said. He added that all six shell casings were fired by the same gun.

Police were able to find the additional shell casing in a trash can at the rental car business, but have not been able to find the murder weapon.
