Lions TE Brandon Pettigrew leaves game with hamstring issue

Lions tight end Brandon Pettigrew had to leave Sunday's game at San Diego after injuring his left hamstring, reports the Detroit Free Press. Pettigrew suffered the injury in the fourth quarter and did not return.
