Steve Mason has made it no secret that he loves a good scare (not that he enjoys scaring fans, that's just happened from time to time). The goalie's masks over the years have features some pretty excellent horror themes like this classic from Columbus.
But now he's in Philadelphia and his blue masks from Columbus don't quite fit in with the orange and black of the Flyers so he's having a new mask done, combining his horror love with his new city. Meet Zombie Ben Franklin and Zombie Betsy Ross.
Question is, how much of the mask will we get to see this season? The Flyers will roll with Mason and Ray Emery in net and it's likely that Emery will get the starting spot but that is still to be sorted out.
