Salernitana's dwindling opportunities to stave off relegation in Italian Serie A this season won't get any easier on Friday against defending champions Inter Milan. However, the Garnets have come away with four draws in their last four matches, including one against another top club from Milan just two weeks ago. Salernitana will have to find a way to push for a result against one of Italy's top teams without injured forward Federico Bonazzoli, who had scored three times in his last three appearances. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. ET from San Siro. Inter Milan is the -675 favorite (risk $675 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest Inter Milan vs. Salernitana odds from Caesars Sportsbook, with Salernitana a +2000 underdog. Although Inter hasn't done much of note on offense and Sanchez's time on the pitch has been sporadic, he has been relatively impactful. Against Sassuolo on Feb. 20, he was responsible for four shot-creating actions. In 72 minutes of play against Genoa in the following match, he orchestrated another three.

"Inzaghi has four talented forwards at his disposal: Edin Džeko, Lautaro Martínez, Sánchez and Joaquin Correa. He will need to find the right combination for this game," Green told SportsLine. "The pairing of Džeko and Martínez looked a little toothless against AC Milan in midweek, so it would make sense to bring in Sanchez for this game."
