Manchester United 1-1 Celta Vigo: Red Devils through to 2017 Europa League final
United is off to Stockholm after holding off Celta
Manchester United's Champions League dream for 2017-18 lives on in this season's Europa League. The Red Devils got by Celta Vigo in the semifinals on Thursday, drawing 1-1 and advancing 2-1 on aggregate, and are through to Stockholm for the Europa League final, where they will play Ajax.
Entering the second leg with a 1-0 lead after last week, United went up 2-0 on aggregate but almost lost the spot in the final in the last minute.
Game-changing moment
Marcus Rashford, who scored the winner in the first leg, set up Maroune Fellaini for United's only goal in the first half to give the team some breathing room, and in the end it was the decider.

Nervy moment
Celta went forward and got a goal from Facundo Roncaglia in the 85th minute, and then needed one more to go through on away goals. And in a desperation effort late, it looked like John Guidetti had the winner in the dying seconds, but he missed a chance on the open goal.

When is the final?
And in the end, United hangs on thanks to Guidetti's miss and will play Ajax on May 24 in Stockholm, with a spot in the Champions League on the line.
