The Panama vs. Jamaica rivalry has been a one-sided affair with Jamaica notching just three wins in 19 all-time meetings. Panama has won three of the last four matchups, and the two nations will meet again on Sunday for a Concacaf World Cup qualifier. Sunday marks Matchday 10 for Concacaf's third round of qualifiers, and Panama will enter fully confident after defeating Jamaica 3-0 in September. You can stream all the action on Paramount+.

Kick-off is set for 6:05 p.m. ET at Estadio Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez in Panama City, Panama. Caesars Sportsbook lists the Panamanians as the -102 favorites (risk $102 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line. The latest Panama vs. Jamaica odds also have Jamaica as the +280 underdog, while a draw returns +200. The over-under for total goals is 1.5.
