WWE Raw results, recap, grades: Nikki Cross returns, attacks Bianca Belair and Bayley during main event
Cross has abandoned the Nikki A.S.H. gimmick to return to her roots

In the main event of WWE Raw on Monday night, Bayley managed to score her first singles win over Bianca Belair in nearly two years. It wasn't all good news for Bayley, however, as she was attacked by Nikki Cross after scoring the win.
Cross had helped Bayley get the win, but did not align with Bayley's Damage CTRL group. Instead, Cross left Bayley lying in the ring as the show went off the air, adding another former champion to Raw's biggest storyline for the women's locker room.
CBS Sports was with you all night with recaps and highlights of all the action from Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Nikki Cross returns to attack Bayley and Bianca Belair
Early in the show Damage CTRL jumped Candice LeRae during a backstage interview. When LeRae didn't back down, after the group interrupted the interview, the camera was knocked to the floor during the attack.
Bayley def. Bianca Belair via pinfall after interference from Nikki Cross. Belair had fought off Dakota Kai and IYO SKY at ringside before hitting a K.O.D. on Bayley. Before she could score the pin, Cross appeared, diving off the top rope onto Kai, SKY and the referee before attacking Belair. Bayley managed to crawl over to pin Belair as a new referee hit the ring. Cross, who has now officially dumped the Nikki A.S.H. gimmick, quickly ended any speculation that she was aligned with Damage CTRL by attacking Bayley as the show went off the air.
There was some speculation that Charlotte could return on Monday night given the location of the event, but that turned out not to be the night's big twist. Instead, it was Cross who ended the night with a splash. Unfortunately, the crowd was not hot for the moment. It didn't help that nearly every match on the card ended with some sort of run-in, interference or distraction, so the end of the main event following suit lacked any sort of punch. Grade: C+
What else happened on WWE Raw?
- Finn Balor def. Karl Anderson via pinfall after a low blow by Rhea Ripley. Ripley also slammed Luke Gallows outside the ring ahead of the finish.
- R-Truth def. The Miz via pinfall with a roll-up when Miz was distracted by Johnny Gargano dressed as Dexter Lumis at ringside. Before the match, Gargano again threatened to "blow the whistle" on the truth about why Lumis had been targeting Miz. Later in the evening, Gargano gave Miz one last chance to tell the truth about the Lumis situation next Monday or he would do it for him.
- Austin Theory def. Mustafa Ali via pinfall after hitting A-Town Down. Ali was on the top rope looking to finish things off when Seth Rollins, who had been on commentary, jumped into the ring to distract the referee, allowing Theory to steal the win. After the match, Rollins attacked Ali, throwing him around ringside and out in the crowd. As Rollins was leaving, Ali chased him down to get some revenge.
- Omos won a four-on-one handicap match with a chokebomb.
- Elias def. Chad Gable via pinfall with a twisting suplex. Otis then attacked Elias after the match before Matt Riddle ran in to make the save. Earlier in the night, Riddle and Elias were hanging out backstage when they were interrupted by Gable and Otis to set up the match.
- Baron Corbin def. Johnny Gargano via pinfall with End of Days. The finish came after JBL interfered while the referee was distracted. The match was set up after Gargano confronted Corbin and JBL backstage, refusing JBL's demands that Gargano show respect to a member of the Hall of Fame.
