Buccaneers' Jacquies Smith: Ruled out Sunday

Smith (ankle) was ruled out for Sunday's game.

Smith wasn't able to practice at all during the week, this decision doesn't come as much of a surprise. Rookie defensive end Howard Jones will likely start in his place.
