Ravens' Jerraud Powers: Passes conditioning test

Powers has passed his conditioning test and is cleared to practice, ESPN's Jamison Hensley reports.

Powers missed the Ravens' first two full practices after failing the conditioning test at the commencement of camp. Now able to take the field, Powers is in competition with Tavon Young for the nickelback role in DC Dean Pees' 3-4 scheme.
