| Fantasy Analysis |
| Venable continues to struggle to hit for average but his pop and speed make him an interesting option in Fantasy. He should see the majority of the playing time in right field in 2012, so his value should grow with everyday at-bats. Strikeouts and his poor average will limit him in Rotisserie formats but Venable might be worth a look in deeper mixed leagues on Draft Day. The 29-year-old remains a solid option in NL-only formats as well. (Updated 01/17/2012). |
