Bitz scores in return to ice: The Sports Xchange reports Bruins RW Byron Bitz, returned after missing the last three games with a groin injury, scored his first goal since Oct. 10 on Saturday against the Sabres. Boston made it 3-0 on Bitz's goal 1:22 into the middle period. Center Steve Begin collected defenseman Steve Montador's errant pass in the slot and fed Bitz in front.
