Wild's Joel Eriksson Ek: Nets game-tying goal
Eriksson Ek scored a goal, placed four shots on net, served two PIM and had two hits in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to Nashville.
Eriksson Ek scored the last goal before overtime when he recorded the game-tying tally less than a minute into the second period. With the twine finder, he is up to nine goals, 27 points, 111 shots on net and 63 hits through 38 games this season. The 28-year-old center has 11 points in his last nine games while maintaining his strong two-way play style. Eriksson Ek's inclusion in the lineup has been a welcome sight for fantasy managers who drafted him after appearing in just 38 games a season ago. If he can stay healthy, he has plenty of time to reach 60-plus points and 100-plus hits in the same season for the third time in his career. His strong category coverage makes him a great player in nearly all fantasy formats moving forward.

Wild's Brock Faber: Lights the lamp in loss
Faber scored a goal, placed two shots on net and had two blocks in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to Nashville.
Faber netted the opening goal seven minutes into the first period off a highlight-reel feed from his new running mate, Quinn Hughes. With the twine finder, Faber is up to seven goals, 20 points, 84 shots on net and 82 blocks through 38 games this season. Since the addition of Hughes, Faber has excelled offensively with five points and 14 shots on net while still maintaining his elite form on the blue line with 16 blocks. Fantasy managers who stuck with Faber through his offensive lows this season are being rewarded for their patience, as the 23-year-old blueliner still has plenty of time to post a career year across all three zones this season. If his recent offensive numbers become a frequent addition to his game, he could become a fantasy superstar in no time.

Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Drops win streak in OT loss
Gustavsson stopped 23 of 26 shots on net in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Predators.
Despite allowing zero even-strength goals in regulation, a pair of power-play scores from Nashville in the first period would be enough to take Gustavsson and the Wild to an extra period, where veteran Steven Stamkos netted the game-winning tally for the Predators. With the overtime loss, Gustavsson now has a 12-8-4 record with a 2.49 GAA and a .912 save percentage across 24 outings this season. Tuesday's loss ended his five-game win streak, marking his first defeat since Dec. 4. While his fantasy ceiling is capped by operating in an elite tandem with Jesper Wallstedt, Gustavsson has excelled at controlling what he can over the past month with an 8-1-2 record, a 1.79 GAA and a .934 save percentage over his last 11 games. The 27-year-old netminder remains an elite choice in all fantasy formats for the foreseeable future.

Wild's Ben Jones: Returned to AHL
Jones was assigned to AHL Iowa on Tuesday.
Minnesota activated Zach Bogosian (lower body) from injured reserve in a corresponding move. Jones hasn't earned a point in 20 NHL appearances this season while contributing 17 shots on goal, seven blocked shots and 47 hits. He has two assists in three AHL outings during the 2025-26 campaign.

Wild's Zach Bogosian: Good to go Tuesday
Bogosian (lower body) will be activated from injured reserve ahead of his return to the lineup against Nashville on Tuesday, Jessi Pierce of NHL.com reports.
Following a four-game absence, Bogosian will join Jake Middleton on the team's third pairing in Tuesday's contest. The 35-year-old Bogosian has one goal, one assist, 15 shots on net, 16 blocked shots and 14 hits across 17 appearances this season.

Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Tending twine Tuesday
Gustavsson will defend the cage at home versus the Predators on Tuesday, Jessi Pierce of NHL.com reports.
Gustavsson comes into Tuesday's tilt on a five-game winning streak during which he has posted a 1.40 GAA, one shutout and .945 save percentage. The 27-year-old backstop has been seeing the bulk of the workload, but the strong performance of Jesper Wallstedt has seen Gustavsson giving up a few extra starts of late.

Wild's Jonas Brodin: Picks up helper Sunday
Brodin logged an assist and four blocked shots in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Avalanche.
This was Brodin's second game back from a lower-body injury that cost him four contests. In the time while he was out, the Wild acquired Quinn Hughes, so Brodin may see a slightly lighter workload, though the team figures to lean heavily on its top blueliners anyway. He has 10 points, 30 shots on net, 72 blocked shots and a plus-13 rating in 32 appearances. With Hughes around to help carry the offense, Brodin may function more as a shutdown defenseman moving forward.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Posts assist in loss
Kaprizov record an assist, put three shots on net, served two PIM and had two hits in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Avalanche.
Kaprizov managed to stay involved on offense in Sunday's loss when he picked up an assist on Ryan Hartman's lone goal for Minnesota. With the apple, Kaprizov has 20 assists, 42 points and 124 shots on net across 37 outings this season. While his numbers haven't jumped off the page this year, as the 56 points through 41 regular-season games did a year ago, he has remained a steady scorer with 11 points in his last nine contests. Kaprizov currently ranks tied for fifth in goals across the league and is 14th in points through Sunday's action. He is on pace for 93 points by the end of the season, giving him elite value in fantasy the rest of the way.

Wild's Ryan Hartman: Scores lone goal in loss
Hartman scored a goal on three shots and recorded three blocked shots in Sunday's 5-1 loss to Colorado.
Hartman salvaged a solid performance Sunday in the blowout loss with an even-strength goal at 5:15 of the third period. He now has nine goals, 15 points, 71 shots on net, 33 hits and 38 blocks through 33 games this season. The 31-year-old forward has been one of the league's most consistent goal scorers over the past six games with five tallies. The start of his goal-scoring run was around the time Minnesota traded for Quinn Hughes, which opened the door for Hartman to claim the top-line center role in the departure of Marco Rossi. Hartman is not only trending upward offensively, but has maintained his style of all-around play in the process, making him one of the top options to stream in fantasy until he cools down.

Wild's Jesper Wallstedt: Faces high volume in loss
Wallstedt stopped 37 of 41 shots on net in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Avalanche. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.
Wallstedt allowed just two goals at even strength in Sunday's contest with the Avalanche scoring the other three goals with a man advantage or against an empty net. After his busy loss Sunday, the 23-year-old netminder has a 10-2-2 record with a 2.10 GAA and a .933 save percentage across 14 appearances this season. Despite Sunday's loss to a division rival, only a short list of netminders have been better in fantasy than Wallstedt. He has won five of his last seven contests and has the best save percentage among goaltenders who have played in at least 10 games. While he operates in a goaltending tandem alongside Filip Gustavsson, Wallstedt sees enough volume to maintain elite week-to-week value in most fantasy formats. He will likely have Tuesday's game versus Nashville off before getting a chance to play in Saturday's matchup in Winnipeg.

Wild's Ben Jones: Called up to NHL
Jones has been recalled from AHL Iowa by the Wild, the team announced Sunday.
Jones was sent back to AHL Iowa on Friday but is quickly returning to the NHL club ahead of Sunday's contest against the Avalanche. Injuries to the Wild's forwards throughout the season have allowed him to spend more time in the NHL lineup than in the AHL this season, but he is still seeking his first career NHL point. The 26-year-old likely won't draw into the lineup Sunday, barring some unexpected injury news for the Wild.

Wild's Jake Middleton: Collects assist in return
Middleton posted an assist and two PIM in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Oilers.
Middleton missed five games with an upper-body injury. Since he exited the lineup following a Dec. 8 injury versus the Kraken, the Wild bolstered their blue line by trading for Quinn Hughes. That likely means Middleton will be confined to the third pairing moving forward, limiting his already low fantasy upside. The defenseman is at just seven assists with 22 shots on net, 43 hits, 43 blocked shots, 37 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 29 appearances. Middleton is likely to miss the 20-point mark for the first time in three years.

Wild's Marcus Johansson: Logs helper in return
Johansson notched an assist, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Oilers.
Johansson helped out on Nico Sturm's empty-net tally to close out the scoring. The 35-year-old Johansson has three goals and four assists over his last five games, a stretch that was interrupted by a lower-body injury which cost him two contests. He's now at 27 points, 51 shots on net and a plus-17 rating through 34 outings this season and remains on track for his best year since 2016-17.

Wild's Nico Sturm: Pots empty-netter
Sturm scored an empty-net goal on three shots in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Oilers.
Sturm ended his 11-game goal drought with the tally. He had three assists and 13 shots on net during that span. The 30-year-old forward is in the lineup for his defensive skills more than anything, as he's chipped in five points over 14 appearances while adding 18 shots on net, 14 hits and eight blocked shots.

Wild's Ryan Hartman: Nets another goal
Hartman scored a goal on six shots and blocked two shots in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Oilers.
Hartman tallied late in the first period to restore the Wild's lead after a push from the Oilers. That ended up being the game-winning goal. Hartman has four goals and two assists over his last five contests, and this was his first even-strength tally since Nov. 1 versus the Canucks. The 31-year-old is up to eight goals, 14 points, 68 shots on net, 32 hits, 35 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 32 appearances while playing a key role in the Wild's offense.

Wild's Mats Zuccarello: Two helpers against Oilers
Zuccarello collected two assists, one on the power play, in Saturday's 5-2 win over Edmonton.
Activated from IR earlier in the day after missing five contests with an upper-body injury, Zuccarello was plugged right back in on the Wild's top line at even strength alongside Kirill Kaprizov and Ryan Hartman, as well as the team's top power-play unit. The 38-year-old Zuccarello has been limited to 16 games so far in 2025-26, but he's been productive when on the ice, delivering two goals and 14 points.
