Wild's Zach Bogosian: First point since return
Bogosian logged an assist in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Flames.
The helper was Bogosian's first point of the season. He's been back for seven games since he missed a month with a lower-body injury. Bogosian has been a fixture on the third pairing when healthy, and his relatively limited role will keep his scoring numbers down. In addition to the assist, he's earned 11 shots on net, 12 hits, 13 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating through 12 appearances this season.

Wild's Zeev Buium: Plucks apple in loss
Buium notched an assist in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Flames.
Buium has four helpers (two on the power play) and a plus-1 rating over his last 11 contests. He's added just seven shots on net, so he'll need to be generating more chances for his offense to become reliable. He's at three goals, 10 assists, 29 shots on net, 14 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating through 28 outings on the year.

Wild's Yakov Trenin: Finds twine in loss
Trenin scored a goal on two shots and added five hits in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Flames.
Trenin tied the game late in the second period, but the Flames scored three unanswered goalies in the third. With two goals and two assists over his last nine outings, Trenin is mixing in a little offense to go with his usual physical play. The 28-year-old is at two goals, seven points, 33 shots on net, 131 hits, 19 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 28 appearances this season.

Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Receives little help in loss
Gustavsson allowed three goals on 30 shots in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Flames. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.
Gustavsson took his second loss in a row (0-1-1), though he's allowed just five goals on 63 shots in that span. The 27-year-old didn't get much help from his teammates, as the Flames played a strong game and made good on their chances. Gustavsson is down to 7-8-3 with a 2.76 GAA and a .905 save percentage through 18 starts. Assuming the Wild stick to their recent goalie rotation, Jesper Wallstedt is likely to start Saturday in Vancouver while Gustavsson would make his next appearance Monday in Seattle.

Wild's Marco Rossi: Not on road trip
Rossi (lower body) will not join the team on its current four-game road trip, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports Thursday.
The Wild opened the road trip Tuesday with a 1-0 win in Edmonton. Rossi will miss his 10th straight game Thursday in Calgary. Rossi had four goals and nine assists in 17 games before he was placed on injured reserve.

Wild's Danila Yurov: Remains out against Flames
Yurov (undisclosed) will not be in the lineup versus Calgary on Thursday, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
Yurov will be shelved for his second straight game due to his undisclosed injury. Prior to his absence, the 21-year-old forward had generated one goal and four assists in his last seven outings and will look to continue rolling offensively once given the all-clear.

Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Tending twine Thursday
Gustavsson will defend the cage on the road versus Calgary on Thursday, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
Gustavsson has been splitting the workload with Jesper Wallstedt of late, featuring in five of the club's last 10 outings. In those outings, the 27-year-old Gustavsson is undefeated in regulation, posting a 3-0-2 record to go with a 1.72 GAA and one shutout. Given the rotation, fantasy managers can expect to see Wallstedt guarding the crease on the road against Vancouver on Saturday.

Wild's Jonas Brodin: Scores lone goal in win
Brodin scored a goal and blocked four shots in Tuesday's 1-0 win over the Oilers.
A clean faceoff win by Nico Sturm set up Brodin for a blast from the point that evaded Stuart Skinner at 13:11 of the first period. That held up as the lone goal of the game, and it was Brodin's first goal in over a month. He had a goal and four helpers over 14 outings in November while seeing steady top-pairing minutes. For the season, the 32-year-old has racked up three goals, nine points, a plus-6 rating, 26 shots on net and 55 blocked shots through 26 appearances. Brodin won't wow anyone with offense, but he's a steady source of defensive stats if he can stay healthy.

Wild's Jesper Wallstedt: Continues dominant run
Wallstedt posted a 33-save shutout in Tuesday's 1-0 win over the Oilers.
Wallstedt, who was named NHL Rookie of the Month for November early in the day Tuesday, continued his run of dominance with his fourth shutout during his seven-game winning streak. He's allowed a total of seven goals during the streak. The 23-year-old still hasn't lost in regulation in 10 outings this season, going 8-0-2 with a 1.74 GAA and a .944 save percentage. The Wild's road trip continues in Calgary on Thursday, though Wallstedt would cede that start to Filip Gustavsson before taking the crease in Vancouver on Saturday if Minnesota sticks to the goalie rotation that's been working well lately.

Wild's Tyler Pitlick: Remaining with Minnesota
Pitlick cleared waivers Monday and will remain with the Wild ahead of their upcoming four-game road trip, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
Although Pitlick was waived Sunday, he'll remain with the NHL club after going unclaimed, and he's slated to travel with the team. Pitlick has appeared in 15 games for Minnesota this year, logging no points, 35 hits, 22 PIM and eight blocked shots while averaging a career-low 7:29 of ice time.

Wild's Danila Yurov: Unavailable against Oilers
Yurov will not be in the lineup versus Edmonton on Tuesday but is considered day-to-day with an undisclosed injury and will travel with the team, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
Yurov had been filling a first-line role prior to suffering his undisclosed injury, a spot that will now be filled by Ryan Hartman. With Yurov on the shelf, the Wild recalled Hunter Haight from the minors and could deploy the youngster against the Oilers. Yurov has generated three goals, including two game-winners, on 25 shots while adding four assists in 21 outings for Minnesota.

Wild's Jesper Wallstedt: Set to start Tuesday
Wallstedt will start Tuesday's road game against Edmonton, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
Wallstedt has alternated starts with Filip Gustavsson across the past few weeks, and that trend will continue Tuesday. Wallstedt has certainly earned his fair share of playing time, as he's picked up wins in each of his last six starts while posting a 1.14 GAA and .967 during that time, a span that includes three shutout victories.

Wild's Hunter Haight: Brought up from AHL
Haight was recalled from AHL Iowa on Monday, according to Michael Russo of The Athletic.
Haight hasn't earned a point in two NHL appearances this season while posting two hits and a minus-2 rating. He will provide Minnesota with some forward depth during the team's upcoming four-game road trip, which begins against Edmonton on Tuesday.

Wild's Tyler Pitlick: Placed on waivers
Pitlick has been placed on waivers by the Wild, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports Sunday.
Assuming he clears, Pitlick will likely be assigned to AHL Iowa by the Wild. The 34-year-old has seen action in 15 games in a bottom-six role for the Wild while they have battled injuries up front to regulars like Marco Rossi (lower body) and Vinnie Hinostroza (lower body). In five AHL games on the season, Pitlick has three goals and one assist.

Wild's Ben Jones: Cedes spot in lineup
Jones was a healthy scratch for Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Sabres.
Jones had played in the previous seven contests amid a rough stretch of injuries for the Wild. His exit coincided with the return of Vladimir Tarasenko (lower body). With Marco Rossi (lower body) also getting closer to a return, Jones' time on the NHL roster could be nearing an end. However, Jones will require waivers to return to AHL Iowa after appearing in 13 games. He has no points, a minus-5 rating, 11 shots on net and 28 hits this season.

Wild's Jared Spurgeon: Stuck in slump
Spurgeon's point drought reached 11 games in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Sabres.
Spurgeon is plus-7 with 21 blocked shots and 11 hits in that span, and he's still on the Wild's second power-play unit. That suggests he's doing the little things right and getting unlucky on offense. The 36-year-old defenseman is at four points, 25 shots on net, 46 blocks, 37 hits, six PIM and a minus-4 rating through 26 appearances this season. Spurgeon's production on the scoresheet will rebound eventually, but he doesn't have the offensive upside of fellow Wild defenders Brock Faber and Zeev Buium.
