Assistant coach Dan Muller will interview with Illinois State for its head coaching vacancy, multiple outlets reported on Wednesday. Illinois State will not comment on the head coaching search until the process is complete, according to a team spokesman. A Vanderbilt official would not confirm or deny the reports. Muller was a three-time member of the Missouri Valley Conference All-Defense team during his career at Illinois State (1995-98).
