5Dimes has released point spreads for opening week
College football's regular season is still over four months away, but you can start placing bets on games right now.

It's April 24, and the first Saturday of the college football season is over four months away. So what better time could there be than now to bet on some of those games, right?
So what if most teams haven't named a starting quarterback yet? It's only money! What's the point of having money if you aren't going to foolishly risk it with incomplete information? I believe John Maynard Keynes said that, but I could be wrong.
Anyway, if you're itching to place your first bet of the 2014 season, 5Dimes has good news for you. The offshore online book has already posted point spreads for the first week of the season.
Here they are:
Wake Forest (-7.5) at UL Monroe
Mississippi (-8.5) vs Boise State (Atlanta)
Texas A&M vs South Carolina (-9)
Temple at Vanderbilt (-21)
BYU (-14) AT Connecticut
UTSA at Houston (-9.5)
UNLV at Arizona (-25.5)
Colorado State (pick ‘em) at Colorado (Denver)
Bowling Green (-6.5) vs. Western Kentucky
Penn State (-1) vs. Central Florida (Dublin)
Ohio State (-15.5) at Navy
Rice at Notre Dame (-21)
West Virginia at Alabama (-23.5)
Washington (-21.5) at Hawaii
Oklahoma State at Florida State (-13.5)
LSU (-3) vs. Wisconsin (Houston)
Utah State vs Tennessee (-6.5)
Miami at Louisville (-3.5)
If you're wondering which picks I think you should make, I'd say all of them. If you're wondering which picks I'm making for myself, the answer is none of them. I guess I'm just not as "brave" as you are.
