Auburn's A-Day game will be memorable for many reasons. Saturday was the first chance for Auburn fans to see the Gus Malzahn-led Tigers in person. It was also the last time the historic oak trees at Toomer's Corner would be rolled before their removal. Fans piled into Jordan-Hare Stadium for the big day, setting an A-Day record with 83,401 in attendance.

Also, a player was ejected for targeting. 

Getting ejected from a spring game is uncommon, but the cause was a targeting penalty called on defensive back Jonathon Mincy. Mincy's hit in the third quarter on wide receiver Dimitri Reese drew a flag from the officials, and in line with the targeting rules, Mincy left the game.

After the conclusion of the A-Day game, the players will join fans down on Toomer's Corner to roll those oak trees one last time. As you can see below, the fans were confident about an Auburn victory before the game even started.
