NFL Week 7 betting preview
Giants vs. Broncos, 4:05 p.m. ET
The Broncos are one of the reasons the Jets are still winless, as the Denver defense dominated the New York Jets last week. The Broncos held the Jets to 82 yards while sacking Justin Fields nine times in a 13-11 win in London. They'll look to bring a similar defensive performance back to Denver against another New York team when facing the Giants. However, the Giants are coming off a 34-17 win over the Eagles on Thursday Night Football last week and are 2-1 with Jaxson Dart as the starting quarterback. The Broncos are 7-point favorites with an over/under set at 40.5 points in the latest Week 7 NFL odds at Fanatics Sportsbook for a 4:05 p.m. ET contest.
Colts vs. Chargers, 4:05 p.m. ET
The Colts have been the underdog story of the 2025 NFL season, off to a 5-1 start with Daniel Jones at quarterback in what many expected to be a difficult season for the franchise. Jones has played like a franchise quarterback, however, and with the NFL's leading rushing in Jonathan Taylor in the backfield, the Colts have the No. 1 scoring offense in the NFL at 32.3 ppg. Meanwhile, the Chargers looked like arguably the best team in the NFL through three weeks with wins over the Chiefs, Raiders and Broncos, but they are 1-2 since then, just barely defeating the Dolphins, 29-27, last week. The Chargers are favored by 2 points at home with an over/under set at 48.5 points at Fanatics.
Falcons vs. 49ers, 8:20 p.m. ET
The NFL is unquestionably a quarterback-driven league, but these two franchises showcase the value of a star running back. The 49ers (4-2) host the Falcons (3-2) on Sunday Night Football, and despite starting quarterback Brock Purdy missing the majority of the season so far and the 49ers facing new injuries to key players weekly, Christian McCaffrey's performance has been key to San Francisco being tied atop the NFC West. Meanwhile, the Falcons are coming off a 24-14 upset victory over the Bills, spearheaded by Bijan Robinson's 170 rushing yards and a touchdown. The 49ers are 2-point favorites, with an over/under set at 47 points at Fanatics Sportsbook. Use the latest Fanatics Sportsbook promo code here:
