The final week of the 2025 NFL regular season kicks off today with one game that will decide the top seed in the NFC, while another could determine another NFC divisional champion. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the Carolina Panthers at 4:30 p.m., followed by the San Francisco 49ers hosting the Seattle Seahawks at 8 p.m. ET in two high-quality NFL matchups with significant postseason implications as options to use the latest DraftKings promo code, which gives new users $200 in bonus bets if your first $5 bet wins. Buccaneers (-3) vs. Panthers (-105)

Only the Las Vegas Raiders, who are one loss away from securing the No. 1 overall pick, have fewer wins than Tampa Bay since the beginning of November. Yet, Tampa Bay remains in the NFC South picture. That's because the Buccaneers opened the season at 6-2, and they still have the talent that led them to that hot start. Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Emeka Egbuka are all healthy at receiver for Baker Mayfield, who had 12 touchdowns compared to one interception over his first six games before struggling lately. The sky is falling in Tampa Bay, but it hasn't hit rock bottom yet, and the model believes in Tampa Bay's talent to win at home on Saturday. The Panthers are just 3-5 on the road this season, and the model projects Tampa Bay to cover in 51% of simulations. Back the Buccaneers at DraftKings Sportsbook, where new users get $200 in bonus bets if your first $5 bet wins:

Seahawks (-148) vs. 49ers

"Sam Darnold crumbled in a similar situation last season, but this time he's facing a defense that rarely pressures the quarterback," SportsLine expert Larry Hartstein said. "The 49ers have won six straight, their offense looking unstoppable against bad defenses. But they have not lit up good defenses, and Seattle's is elite. Trent Williams, George Kittle and Christian McCaffrey all are dealing with injuries, which could diminish their effectiveness. Back the Seahawks to grab the NFC's top seed." Back the Seahawks at DraftKings Sportsbook, where new users get $200 in bonus bets if your first $5 bet wins:

Missouri (+7.5) vs. Florida (-112)

Both teams are playing in their SEC season-openers on Saturday, and although the Gators won the national championship last year, this is a much different squad from last year's team. Only one of their top six leading scorers from last season is back in forward Alex Condon, who was the Gators' fourth leading scorer. Florida is 9-4 to begin the season, with only one true road game all season. The Gators dropped that one in a 67-66 final at Duke. Missouri will host Saturday night's contest, and the Tigers are 10-3 overall and 9-0 on their home floor this season. The Tigers made the NCAA Tournament last year in a 22-win season, as the program has won at least 22 games in two of the last three years. The model projects Missouri to cover in 73% of simulations. Back Missouri at DraftKings Sportsbook, where new users get $200 in bonus bets if your first $5 bet wins:
