    Okafor was one of six free agents brought in for a workout by the Packers on Monday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

    Okafor was waived with an undisclosed injury by the Jaguars after a failed physical in May. The offensive guard out of Texas had his final season of collegiate football cut short to just five games due to a leg injury in 2021.

    Okafor underwent shoulder surgery last October while at Texas, but it's unclear if that relates to his failed physical. He'll now work to prove he's healthy to earn another shot in the NFL.
