Angels' Touki Toussaint: Outrighted to Triple-A

The Angels outrighted Toussaint to Triple-A Salt Lake on Wednesday.

Toussaint cleared waivers after being removed from the Angels' 40-man roster, and he appears set to remain in the organization rather than testing out free agency. The righty yielded two runs over two innings in his lone relief appearance for the Halos on Sunday before being designated for assignment.
