Soriano signed a minor league deal with a spring training invite with the Blue Jays on Sunday.
Soriano had about as rough a 2015 as possible, waiting until June to sign a minor league deal with the Cubs, then struggling in five innings amid shoulder issues. It's not likely the 36-year-old reaches his old peak, but a healthy showing could land him in the late innings. Given his age however, that's a long shot.
