Braves' Chris Withrow: Activated from disabled list

Withrow (elbow) was activated from the disabled list Thursday, David O'Brien of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Elbow inflammation landed Withrow on the DL midway through August, but an MRI cleared him of any structural damage. The right-hander, who holds a 1.19 WHIP and 3.31 ERA across 32.2 innings, will provide bullpen depth over the final month of the season.
