Nationals' Ty Tice: Inks minors deal with Nats

Tice signed a minor-league contract with the Nationals on Monday.

Tice struggled to a 6.37 ERA and 1.88 WHIP in 53.2 innings last season between Atlanta's Double-A and Triple-A affiliates, though he struck out 83 batters along the way. The 27-year-old right-hander will function as organizational relief depth for Washington in 2024.
