Nick Vincent: Heads to open market

Vincent was released by Atlanta on Monday.

The 35-year-old joined the organization as a non-roster invitee this spring but failed to secure a spot on the active roster. His 5.12 ERA in 19.1 innings for Triple-A Gwinnett isn't good, though it does come with a 27:4 K:BB, which should help him earn at least another minor-league deal on the open market.
