Orioles' Jaiden Lo Re: Popped in fifth round

The Orioles have selected Lo Re with the 154th overall pick in the 2025 First-Year Player Draft.

Lo Re has a contact-driven profile with middling raw power, although the Orioles are hoping the latter grows as the 18-year-old develops. He's been a shortstop in high school but might profile better at second base or third base over the long haul.
