Orioles' Wilfri De La Cruz: Goes to Orioles in Kittredge trade

The Orioles acquired De La Cruz from the Cubs on Thursday in exchange for right-hander Andrew Kittredge, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.

De La Cruz is a 17-year-old shortstop who signed with the Orioles in January. He's slashed .262/.442/.417 with nine steals in the Dominican Summer League and is a high-upside lottery ticket for the Orioles.
