Bibens-Dirkx underwent season-ending surgery to repair partially torn cartilage in his left knee Wednesday, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports.
The 33-year-old will finish the season with a 6.20 ERA in 45 innings. He's expected to be ready to go by the start of spring training.
