Cotham (knee) was activated from the 60-day disabled list Thursday.
Cotham underwent knee surgery at the beginning of August, but has been activated from the DL and will prepare for the 2017 season. However, he'll have to show improvement over 2016's ERA and WHIP of 7.40 and 1.81 to hold his spot in the bullpen.
