Cotham was outrighted to Triple-A Louisville on Friday.
Cotham was not good out of the Cincinnati bullpen, sporting a 7.40 ERA and a 21:12 K:BB in 24.1 innings prior to undergoing knee surgery in August. He has historically good strikeout numbers, but his lack of command and recent health issues will likely keep him as an organizational depth piece for the time being.
