Tigers' Johan Simon: Dealt to Tigers

The Blue Jays traded Simon to the Tigers on Friday in exchange for Chase Lee, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

Simon rose from Single-A to Double-A over the course of the 2025 season, finishing the year with a 3.42 ERA and 1.35 WHIP over 71 total innings. Now in the Tigers' farm system, the 24-year-old southpaw will likely begin the 2026 campaign at Double-A Erie.
