Twins' Nick Gordon: Suffers fractured shin

Gordon has been diagnosed with a fractured right shin, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Gordon suffered the injury when he fouled a ball off his shin during the fifth inning of Wednesday's loss to the Dodgers. He's headed to the injured list, although it's not clear at this point how much time he might miss. Gordon had been seeing increased playing time in center field of late, but now those starts should go back to Michael Taylor.
