White Sox's Eloy Jimenez: X-rays return negative

Jimenez has been diagnosed with a right ankle sprain after leaving Friday's game against the Tigers, Scot Gregor of the Chicago Daily Herald reports. His X-rays came back negative.

This is good news for the White Sox, as Jimenez managed to avoid a fracture. He'll be re-evaluated upon his arrival at the ballpark Saturday.
