49ers' Samuel Womack: Good to go

Womack (knee) is active for Thursday's matchup with the Seahawks, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official website reports.

Womack was activated off injured reserve earlier in the day. He will now be available to provide depth at cornerback if needed, as well as contribute on special teams.
