JayVian Farr: Cut with injury settlement

The Buccaneers cut Farr (undisclosed) from IR with an injury settlement Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Farr will now be eligible to sign with a team and play this season, once healthy, rather than being forced to spend the entire year on IR. The cornerback's best odds of resurfacing in the league this season, whether with Tampa Bay or another club, will likely come in the form of a practice-squad spot.
