Adam Werner: Signs with SHL team

Werner has signed a two-year contract with the SHL's Malmo Redhawks.

Werner spent the entirety of the 2021-22 campaign with AHL Stockton, so he's likely decided to head to his native Sweden to pursue a more lucrative opportunity. The 25-year-old netminder's North American playing days may have come to an end.
