Blackhawks' Brian Campbell: Scores first goal of 2016-17

Campbell scored an unassisted goal and played a season-high 21:51 during Monday's loss to the Flames.

Leading into Monday's game, Campbell was averaging just 16:54 per night through the first six outings of the season. However, Gustav Forsling was forced from the game with an undisclosed injury on Monday, so that had more to do with Campbell's uptick in ice time than anything. And while the limited minutes are concerning, the veteran defenseman is contributing offensively with a goal and four assists through seven games. Still, he shouldn't be viewed as a must-have fantasy asset and is likely best left to deeper formats.
