Blues' Sam Anas: Placed on waivers

Anas was waived by St. Louis on Thursday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Anas has spent the last five seasons in the AHL, racking up 76 goals and 220 points in 282 games. Expect the 28-year-old to spend most of the 2021-22 campaign in the minors but he could make his NHL debut at some point if the Blues are dealing with several injuries.
