Capitals' Jakub Vrana: Waived Wednesday

Vrana was put on waivers by Washington on Wednesday, according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.

Vrana has seven goals and 11 points across 26 outings with the Capitals in 2024-25. He hasn't played for AHL Hershey this campaign, but that's presumably where Vrana will be sent if he goes unclaimed on waivers.
