Capitals' Maxim Schafer: Best game of QMJHL season

Schafer scored a goal and added two assists in QMJHL Chicoutimi's 4-1 win over Quebec on Friday.

This was Schafer's first three-point effort of the year and his fifth multi-point outing. The Capitals prospect is doing fine but not remarkable so far, racking up 10 goals and 21 points over 24 appearances for the Sagueneens. A third-round pick in 2025, the German winger will have a long developmental pathway.
