Coyotes' Kevin Ekman-Larsson: Joins big bro in Coyotes' system

Ekman-Larsson has signed a one-year contract with AHL Tuscon, Craig Morgan of Arizona Sports reports.

You guessed it -- he's the younger brother of Coyotes star defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson, and the two play the same position. The 22-year-old will be taking his talents to the desert after spending the last two campaigns with Tingsryds AIF in his native Sweden. We wouldn't be too excited until "KEL" inks an NHL contract, but you have to love the pedigree as big brother Oliver is a terrific playmaker who should be able to expedite his sibling's development.
